لمحلات البيع بالمفرد والجملة في العراق، من الملابس والإلكترونيات إلى الدراجات وغيرها، سواء كان المحل بشخص واحد أو بفريق كامل.
هل يمكنني تجربة التطبيق أولاً؟
نعم. ادخل التطبيق بوضع الضيف لتتجوّل في محل تجريبي بمواد وطلبات وتقارير. البيانات في ذاكرة الجهاز فقط ولا يُحفظ منها شيء.
على أي أجهزة يعمل؟
على الهاتف والتابلت والكمبيوتر. الشاشة تترتّب حسب حجمها: على الشاشات الواسعة ترى القائمة والتفاصيل معاً، والسلة بجانب المواد. وكل الأجهزة تعمل على بيانات المحل نفسها.
هل يدعم العربية بالكامل؟
نعم. الواجهة عربية كاملة من اليمين لليسار، ويمكن التبديل إلى الإنجليزية. ولغة الفاتورة تُضبط بشكل مستقل عن لغة التطبيق.
كيف يحصل موظفيّ على حساباتهم؟
صاحب المحل أو المدير ينشئ حساب كل موظف من داخل التطبيق ويحدد دوره: مدير، أو كاشير، أو مشاهد.
هل أستطيع إدارة أكثر من محل؟
نعم. يمكن لحساب واحد الوصول إلى عدة محلات، وبيانات كل محل منفصلة تماماً عن الآخر.
هل أستطيع طباعة الفواتير؟
نعم. فواتير A4 وإيصالات للطابعات الحرارية، أو PDF تشاركه عبر واتساب وتيليغرام وغيرها.
ماذا لو أخطأت في عملية؟
يمكن إلغاء الطلب أو إرجاع مواد منه. والعمليات الحساسة كالحذف والسحب وتغيير الأسعار تطلب تأكيداً أولاً، وكل تغيير يُحفظ في سجل النشاط.
هل يدعم الباركود ورموز QR؟
نعم. امسح بكاميرا الجهاز أو بقارئ باركود لتضيف المادة إلى السلة، والمسح المتكرر يزيد الكمية. ويقرأ باركود المصنّع ورموز QR والرموز التي يولّدها التطبيق.
أي قارئ باركود يعمل مع التطبيق؟
أغلب القارئات السلكية أو البلوتوث التي تعمل كلوحة مفاتيح. اربطه بالجهاز وابدأ المسح من شاشة البيع، ويمكنك ضبط الصوت والاهتزاز لكل جهاز من الإعدادات.
موادي بلا باركود، ماذا أفعل؟
دع التطبيق يولّد رمزاً خاصاً بمحلك لكل مادة أو لكل قياس ولون، ثم اطبع ملصقاته.
ما مقاسات الملصقات المدعومة؟
50 × 30 مم افتراضياً، و 40 × 30 و 30 × 20 و 40 × 20 و 58 × 40 مم، وأوراق ملصقات A4 لطابعات المكتب. والملصق QR أو باركود أو كلاهما.
أين تُحفظ بيانات محلي؟
لدى Supabase، مزوّد البيانات الوحيد للتطبيق. البيانات مشفّرة أثناء النقل، وبيانات كل محل معزولة عن غيره على مستوى قاعدة البيانات.
هل تُحفظ صور الكاميرا عند المسح؟
لا. المسح يتم بالكامل على جهازك، وتُقرأ الصورة لفك الرمز فقط ولا تُحفظ أو تُرفع. ويُطلب إذن الكاميرا عند أول مسح، ويمكنك رفضه ومتابعة استخدام التطبيق.
هل في التطبيق إعلانات أو تتبّع؟
لا. لا نستخدم أي أدوات إعلانات أو تحليلات أو تتبّع، ولا نبيع بياناتك.
كيف أحذف حسابي؟
من الإعدادات ثم حذف الحساب داخل التطبيق. يُنفَّذ الطلب خلال 30 يوماً، ويمكنك إلغاؤه قبل ذلك.

Who is the app for?
Retail and wholesale shops in Iraq, from clothes and electronics to bikes and more, whether the shop is one person or a full team.
Can I try the app first?
Yes. Enter the app in guest mode to explore a sample shop with materials, orders and reports. The data lives only in your device's memory and nothing is saved.
Which devices does it run on?
Phone, tablet and computer. The layout follows the screen: on wide screens you see the list and details together, and the cart beside the products. Every device works on the same shop data.
Is it fully in Arabic?
Yes. The interface is fully right-to-left Arabic, and you can switch to English. The invoice language is set separately from the app language.
How do my staff get accounts?
The shop owner or a manager creates each staff account inside the app and picks its role: manager, cashier or viewer.
Can I run more than one shop?
Yes. One account can open several shops, and each shop's data is fully separate.
Can I print invoices?
Yes. A4 invoices and thermal receipts, or a PDF you share over WhatsApp, Telegram and more.
What if I make a mistake?
You can cancel an order or return items from it. Sensitive actions like deleting, withdrawing and changing prices ask for confirmation first, and every change is kept in the activity log.
Does it support barcodes and QR codes?
Yes. Scan with the device camera or a barcode scanner to add a material to the cart; scanning again raises the quantity. It reads manufacturer barcodes, QR codes and the codes the app generates.
Which barcode scanners work with the app?
Most wired or Bluetooth scanners that act as a keyboard. Connect one to the device and start scanning from the sale screen; sound and vibration can be set per device in Settings.
My materials have no barcode. What now?
Let the app generate a code for your shop for each material, or for each size and colour, then print its labels.
Which label sizes are supported?
50 × 30 mm by default, plus 40 × 30, 30 × 20, 40 × 20 and 58 × 40 mm, and A4 sticker sheets for office printers. Labels carry a QR code, a barcode or both.
Where is my shop's data stored?
With Supabase, the app's only data processor. Data is encrypted in transit, and each shop's data is isolated from every other shop at the database level.
Are camera images saved when I scan?
No. Scanning happens entirely on your device; the camera image is read only to decode the code and is never saved or uploaded. The app asks for camera permission the first time you scan, and you can decline and keep using the rest of the app.
Are there ads or tracking?
No. The app uses no advertising, analytics or tracking tools, and your data is never sold.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings, then Delete Account. The request is processed within 30 days and can be cancelled before then.
