- نوع الجهاز، ونسخة التطبيق من شاشة «من نحن».
- ما الذي حدث، ولقطة شاشة إن أمكن.
حذف الحساب والبيانات
من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ثم حذف الحساب. يُنفَّذ الطلب خلال 30 يوماً ويمكن إلغاؤه قبل ذلك. أو راسلنا على البريد أعلاه.

Write to us with any question about the app, your shop or your data.
To help us answer faster, include:
- Your shop's name and your name in it.
- Your device, and the app version from the About Us screen.
- What happened, with a screenshot if you can.
Deleting your account and data
In the app: Settings, then Delete Account. The request is processed within 30 days and can be cancelled before then. Or email us at the address above.
