1. القبول
باستخدامك تطبيق «ماي شوب مانجر» (MyShop Manager) — ويُشار إليه بـ«التطبيق» أو «الخدمة» — فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. تُقدَّم الخدمة من قبل المطوّر علي وسيم («المطوّر»، «نحن»). وإذا كنت تستخدم التطبيق نيابةً عن محل تجاري، فإنك تقر بأنك مخوَّل بقبول هذه الشروط باسم ذلك المحل.
2. الخدمة
ماي شوب مانجر أداة عمل لإدارة المبيعات والمخزون والزبائن والموردين والفواتير والمصاريف والتقارير للمحلات التجارية. تُنشأ الحسابات لكل محل من قبل صاحبه أو فريق الدعم، ويُنظَّم الوصول داخل المحل بصلاحيات الأدوار.
3. الحسابات والمسؤوليات
عليك الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول الخاصة بك. يتحمل صاحب المحل مسؤولية استخدام الحسابات التي يُنشئها لموظفيه. وتوافق على إدخال معلومات صحيحة ودقيقة في التطبيق.
4. الوصول إلى الخدمة
يُتاح الوصول إلى الخدمة بموجب اتفاق خدمة يُبرم مباشرةً مع المطوّر خارج التطبيق. وفي حال انتهاء الاتفاق أو انقضائه، قد يُعلَّق الوصول إلى مساحة عمل المحل إلى حين تجديده.
5. الاستخدام المقبول
تُستخدم الخدمة للأغراض التجارية المشروعة فقط. لا يجوز إساءة استخدام الخدمة، أو محاولة اختراق حمايتها أو الوصول إلى بيانات محلات أخرى، أو إجراء هندسة عكسية للتطبيق، أو إعادة بيع الخدمة.
6. بياناتك
يملك المحل سجلاته التجارية التي يُدخلها، ونعالجها فقط لتشغيل الخدمة (انظر سياسة الخصوصية). يتحمل المحل مسؤولية جمع بيانات زبائنه ومورّديه والاحتفاظ بها وفق القوانين المعمول بها. ويمكن تصدير البيانات من داخل التطبيق.
7. توافر الخدمة والتغييرات
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» وبحسب توافرها، وقد تتخللها فترات انقطاع للصيانة، وقد تتغير ميزات التطبيق مع الوقت.
8. إخلاء المسؤولية عن الضمانات
إلى الحد الأقصى الذي يجيزه القانون، لا نقدم أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية بشأن الخدمة. التطبيق أداة مساعدة لإدارة السجلات، ويبقى المحل مسؤولاً عن أعماله وحساباته والتزاماته القانونية.
9. حدود المسؤولية
إلى الحد الأقصى الذي يجيزه القانون المعمول به، لا يتحمل المطوّر المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية — بما في ذلك خسارة الأرباح أو البيانات — تنشأ عن استخدام الخدمة أو تعذُّر استخدامها.
10. إنهاء الخدمة
يجوز لأي من الطرفين إنهاء اتفاق الخدمة. ويجوز لنا تعليق الوصول أو إنهاؤه عند مخالفة هذه الشروط. وعند الإنهاء يمكنك طلب تصدير بيانات محلك أو حذفها كما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية.
11. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية العراق، وتختص المحاكم العراقية المختصة بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.
12. التغييرات على هذه الشروط
عند تحديث هذه الشروط سننشر النسخة الجديدة في هذه الصفحة مع تحديث التاريخ أعلاه، ويُعد استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد ذلك موافقةً عليها.
Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using MyShop Manager (“the app”, “the service”), you agree to these terms. The service is provided by the developer, Ali Waseem (“the developer”, “we”). If you use the app on behalf of a shop, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that shop.
2. The service
MyShop Manager is a business tool for managing sales, inventory, customers, suppliers, invoices, expenses, and reports for retail shops. Accounts are provisioned for each shop by its owner or by the support team, and access within a shop is controlled by role permissions.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
You must keep your sign-in credentials confidential. The shop owner is responsible for how the accounts they create for their staff are used. You agree to enter accurate information in the app.
4. Access to the service
Access to the service is provided under a service arrangement made directly with the developer, outside the app. If that arrangement ends or lapses, access to the shop’s workspace may be suspended until it is renewed.
5. Acceptable use
The service may be used for lawful business purposes only. You may not abuse the service, attempt to break its security or access other shops’ data, reverse-engineer the app, or resell the service.
6. Your data
The shop owns the business records it enters; we process them only to operate the service (see the Privacy Policy). The shop is responsible for collecting and keeping its customer and supplier data in line with applicable laws. Data can be exported from within the app.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Maintenance may cause interruptions, and app features may change over time.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the service. The app is a record-keeping aid; the shop remains responsible for its own business, accounting, and legal obligations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of profits or data — arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
10. Termination
Either party may end the service arrangement. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached. Upon termination, you may request export or deletion of your shop’s data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the competent Iraqi courts.
12. Changes to these terms
When we update these terms, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date above. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance.
