1. من نحن
«ماي شوب مانجر» (MyShop Manager) — ويُشار إليه فيما يلي بـ«التطبيق» — هو تطبيق لإدارة المبيعات والمخزون للمحلات التجارية في العراق، من تطوير علي وسيم. توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يتعامل معها التطبيق، وسبب ذلك، وكيفية حمايتها.
2. نطاق السياسة
تنطبق هذه السياسة على تطبيق ماي شوب مانجر للهواتف المحمولة. التطبيق أداة عمل تستخدمها المحلات التجارية («التاجر») وموظفوها. تُنشأ حسابات الموظفين من قبل صاحب المحل أو فريق دعم التطبيق، ولا يوجد تسجيل عام مفتوح للحسابات.
3. البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم الكامل، واسم المستخدم، والبريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الهاتف، وصورة شخصية اختيارية، وتُقدَّم عند إنشاء حسابك.
- السجلات التجارية التي يُدخلها محلك: الزبائن (الأسماء وأرقام الهواتف والعناوين والملاحظات)، والموردون (الأسماء وأرقام الهواتف والعناوين والبريد الإلكتروني والملاحظات)، والمواد والمنتجات، والطلبات، والمدفوعات، والمصاريف، وما يتصل بها من سجلات.
- بيانات المحل: اسم المحل، والشعار، وأرقام الهواتف، والعنوان، وروابط التواصل الاجتماعي.
- الصور: الصور التي تلتقطها أو تختارها لشعار المحل والصور الشخصية وصور المنتجات.
4. ما لا نجمعه
- لا نستخدم أي أدوات تحليلات أو إعلانات أو تتبُّع داخل التطبيق.
- لا نجمع بيانات الموقع الجغرافي.
- لا نصل إلى جهات الاتصال المخزّنة في هاتفك.
- وضع التجربة (الضيف) يعمل على بيانات تجريبية في ذاكرة الجهاز فقط، ولا يخزّن أي شيء.
5. كيف نستخدم البيانات
تُستخدم البيانات حصراً لتقديم الخدمة لمحلك: إدارة السجلات، وإصدار الفواتير، وعرض التقارير، وإرسال التنبيهات. لا نبيع بياناتك أبداً ولا نستخدمها لأغراض إعلانية.
6. أين تُخزَّن البيانات
تُخزَّن بيانات التطبيق لدى منصة Supabase (المصادقة وقاعدة البيانات وتخزين الملفات)، وهي المعالج الخارجي الوحيد للبيانات. تُنقل البيانات مشفَّرةً أثناء النقل بين جهازك وخوادم الخدمة.
7. أذونات الجهاز وسبب طلبها
- الاتصال الهاتفي: للاتصال المباشر بالزبائن والموردين والدعم من داخل التطبيق.
- الرسائل النصية (SMS): لمراسلة الزبائن والموردين من داخل التطبيق.
- الإشعارات: تنبيهات انخفاض المخزون وقرب انتهاء الصلاحية، وتُنشأ محلياً على جهازك.
- الكاميرا ومكتبة الصور: لالتقاط أو اختيار شعار المحل والصور الشخصية وصور المنتجات.
عمليات التصدير (PDF أو Excel أو الطباعة أو المشاركة) لا تتم إلا بطلب منك، وعبر نافذة المشاركة الخاصة بنظام التشغيل.
8. مشاركة البيانات
تكون بيانات محلك مرئية لأعضاء فريق العمل في محلك بحسب صلاحيات كل دور. لا نشارك البيانات مع أي جهة أخرى، باستثناء Supabase بصفتها معالج البيانات، أو عند وجود إلزام قانوني بذلك.
9. بيانات زبائن محلك
التاجر هو من يُدخل بيانات زبائنه ومورّديه ويتحكم بها، ونعالج هذه البيانات نيابةً عنه لتشغيل الخدمة فقط. يتحمل التاجر مسؤولية إدخال هذه البيانات والاحتفاظ بها وفق القوانين المعمول بها.
10. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
نحتفظ بالبيانات ما دامت خدمة المحل فعّالة. يمكن لصاحب المحل تعديل السجلات أو حذفها من داخل التطبيق. لطلب حذف حسابك ومعلوماتك الشخصية، استخدم خيار «حذف الحساب» داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب) — تتم معالجة الطلب خلال 30 يوماً ويمكن إلغاؤه قبل المعالجة — أو راسلنا على البريد الإلكتروني المذكور أدناه. قد يتم الاحتفاظ بسجلات المحل التجارية (الفواتير والمخزون والدفعات) لبقية أعضاء المحل ولأغراض حفظ السجلات القانونية.
11. أمان البيانات
تُنقل البيانات مشفَّرة، ويُقيَّد الوصول إليها بصلاحيات الأدوار داخل المحل، وتُعزل بيانات كل محل عن غيره على مستوى قاعدة البيانات. ومع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة تخزين أو نقل عبر الإنترنت آمنة بنسبة 100%.
12. الأطفال
التطبيق أداة عمل موجهة لأصحاب المحلات وموظفيها، وليس موجهاً للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
13. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
عند تحديث هذه السياسة سننشر النسخة الجديدة في هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه.

1. Who we are
MyShop Manager (“the app”) is a sales and inventory management application for retail shops in Iraq, developed by Ali Waseem. This policy explains what information the app handles, why it is needed, and how it is protected.
2. Scope
This policy applies to the MyShop Manager mobile app. The app is a business tool used by retail shops (“merchants”) and their staff. Staff accounts are created by the shop owner or the app’s support team — there is no open public sign-up.
3. Information we collect
- Account information: full name, username, email address, phone number, and an optional profile photo, provided when your account is created.
- Business records your shop enters: customers (names, phone numbers, addresses, notes), suppliers (names, phone numbers, addresses, email, notes), products/materials, orders, payments, expenses, and related records.
- Shop information: shop name, logo, phone numbers, address, and social links.
- Images: photos you capture or choose for the shop logo, profile pictures, and product images.
4. What we do not collect
- No analytics, advertising, or tracking tools are used in the app.
- No location data is collected.
- The app does not access the contacts stored on your phone.
- The guest demo mode runs on sample data held in your device’s memory only and stores nothing.
5. How we use information
Information is used solely to provide the service to your shop: managing records, issuing invoices, showing reports, and sending alerts. We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.
6. Where your data is stored
App data is stored with Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage), our only third-party data processor. Data is encrypted in transit between your device and the service.
7. Device permissions and why we ask for them
- Phone calls: to call customers, suppliers, and support directly from the app.
- SMS: to message customers and suppliers from the app.
- Notifications: low-stock and near-expiry alerts, generated locally on your device.
- Camera & photo library: to capture or choose the shop logo, profile pictures, and product images.
Exports (PDF, Excel, printing, or sharing) happen only when you request them, through your device’s system share sheet.
8. Sharing
Your shop’s data is visible to your own team members according to each member’s role permissions. We do not share data with anyone else, except Supabase acting as our data processor, or where disclosure is required by law.
9. Your shop’s customer data
Merchants enter and control the records of their own customers and suppliers; we process this data on the merchant’s behalf solely to operate the service. The merchant is responsible for collecting and keeping this data in line with applicable laws.
10. Data retention and deletion
Data is kept while the shop’s service is active. Shop owners can edit or delete records inside the app. To request deletion of your account and personal information, use the in-app option (Settings → Delete Account) — requests are processed within 30 days and can be cancelled before processing — or contact us at the email below. Shop business records (invoices, inventory, payments) may be retained for the shop’s other members and for legal record-keeping.
11. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by role permissions within each shop, and every shop’s data is isolated from other shops at the database level. That said, no method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
12. Children
The app is a business tool intended for shop owners and their staff. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
13. Changes to this policy
When we update this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
