ست خطوات تجهّز محلك على التطبيق، على الهاتف أو التابلت أو الكمبيوتر، ثم يصبح جزءاً من يومك.
جرّب أولاً بوضع الضيف
محل تجريبي كامل بمواد وطلبات وتقارير. البيانات في ذاكرة الجهاز فقط ولا يُحفظ منها شيء.

جهّز ملف المحل
الاسم بالعربي والإنجليزي، الشعار، أرقام الهاتف، العنوان وروابط التواصل. ثم إعدادات الفاتورة: القالب، اللغة، وبادئة الترقيم.

أضف موادك
رتّبها في أقسام، وأضف القياسات والألوان، وسعر الشراء والبيع، وحدّ التنبيه عند انخفاض الكمية. امسح باركود كل مادة أو دع التطبيق يولّد لها رمزاً، ثم اطبع ملصقاتها.

أضف فريقك
حساب لكل موظف بدوره: مدير، أو كاشير، أو مشاهد. كلٌّ يدخل من جهازه: هاتف، أو تابلت على الكاونتر، أو كمبيوتر في المكتب.

ابدأ البيع
امسح المواد بالكاميرا أو بقارئ الباركود، أو اخترها من المفضلة. بيع سريع للزبون العابر أو طلب كامل باسم المشتري، نقداً أو آجلاً أو بدفعة جزئية، ثم اطبع الفاتورة أو شاركها.

تابع الديون والموردين
سجّل دفعات المشترين كلما وصلت، وسجّل الشحنات الواردة ودفعاتها للموردين.

راجع التقارير
المبيعات والأرباح والمصاريف والمخزون لأي فترة، وصدّرها PDF أو Excel.
كيف يبدو اليوم مع التطبيق
- الصباح
نظرة على لوحة التحكم، وتنبيهات المواد التي قاربت على النفاد أو انتهاء الصلاحية.
- خلال اليوم
الكاشير يمسح ويبيع على التابلت، والمدير يستلم شحنة ويطبع ملصقاتها من الكمبيوتر. كل جهاز يرى التحديث فوراً.
- آخر اليوم
موقف الصندوق، مبيعات اليوم، ومن عليه دين. وكل عملية محفوظة في السجل.
الآلاف بخانة، والباقي بخانة
الخانة الكبيرة للآلاف، والصغيرة لما بعدها وتبدأ بـ 000. ويمكنك التبديل إلى لوحة الأرقام العادية متى شئت.

From download to first sale
Six steps to set up your shop in the app, on phone, tablet or computer. After that it becomes part of your day.
Try it first in guest mode
A complete sample shop with materials, orders and reports. The data lives only in your device's memory and nothing is saved.

Set up your shop profile
Name in Arabic and English, logo, phone numbers, address and social links. Then the invoice settings: template, language and number prefix.

Add your materials
Sort them into categories, add sizes and colours, buying and selling prices, and a low-stock alert level. Scan each material's barcode or let the app generate a code, then print its labels.

Add your team
An account for each staff member with their role: manager, cashier or viewer. Everyone signs in on their own device: a phone, a tablet at the counter, or a computer in the office.

Start selling
Scan materials with the camera or a barcode scanner, or pick them from favourites. A quick sale for walk-in customers or a full order in a buyer's name, cash, deferred or part-paid, then print or share the invoice.

Keep up with debts and suppliers
Record buyer payments as they come in, and record incoming shipments and what you pay suppliers.

Read your reports
Sales, profit, expenses and stock for any period, exported to PDF or Excel.
What a day with the app looks like
- Morning
A look at the dashboard, and alerts for materials running low or close to expiry.
- During the day
The cashier scans and sells on the tablet while the manager receives a shipment and prints its labels from the computer. Every device sees the change at once.
- End of day
The cash position, today's sales, and who owes what. Every action is kept in the log.
Thousands in one box, the rest in another
The large box holds the thousands; the small one holds what follows and starts at 000. You can switch to a regular number pad whenever you like.
